Our story starts in 1972 with Frank & Lila Casella’s dream to own a business in Dayton, Ohio. Now, in the 2nd generation of family ownership, FC Industries has become a manufacturing powerhouse built on a legacy of vision and hard work.
Our achievements over the last half century are a result of the Casella family’s dedication to continue what Frank started and create opportunities for all employees to prosper. Today, our slogan of “Your Success is Our Success” represents a core belief in teamwork and putting customers first. This is how Frank began his business 50 years ago and is how we are moving forward into the next generation. We’re excited for what the next 50 years will bring.

To commemorate this special occasion, we held a celebratory party on Saturday, February 12th, 2022, with music, hors d'oeuvres, and an open bar. Employees and their families, along with vendors and local officials, were invited to enjoy the evening, tour the facility, and share memories about the past 50 years in manufacturing.
